Ollama: Using Open-source AI for Drupal Development

Rich Lawson

Rich Lawson

I'm not sure if my previous submission went through, so I'm re-submitting with some additional details.

Summary:

This session explores how developers can leverage Ollama to run open-source large language models (LLMs) locally and integrate them with Continue, an extension for both VSCode and JetBrains, to leverage those models for Drupal coding assistance.

Attendees will learn about some popular open-source LLMs and their usage for Drupal, as well as practical use cases for how Continue can assist with good development practices and improve efficiency.

The session also includes a demonstration of Ollama and Continue within VSCode so that attendees can see them working together in action.
